Marketing Coordinator (50% Position)
Ma’aglei Nefesh is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health within the religious-community sector, leading innovative initiatives that bridge the worlds of Jewish law and mental health care. We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and lead our marketing and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the organization’s marketing activities
- Create marketing content (newsletters, social media posts, printed materials)
- Manage digital channels and social media platforms
- Work with external vendors (graphic designers, printing, advertising)
- Lead campaigns and expand outreach to new audiences
- Develop partnerships with communities and organizations בארץ ובחו״ל (in Israel and abroad)
- Update and maintain the organization’s website
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing / digital / content – a significant advantage
- Strong writing and communication skills (Hebrew and English)
- Familiarity with social media and marketing tools
- Creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently
- Connection to the organization’s values and to the field of mental health – an advantage
Position Scope: Flexible (suitable for part-time, approx. 50%)
