Virtual Support Center
Talk to a Rabbi or Rabbanit who understands your mental health needs.
- Halachic questions
- Spiritual / identity questions
- General communal support
This is not a crisis helpline.
In Israel, you can call Eran Crisis Helpline on 1201 or dial 101 in an emergency.
Mental health questions require dedicated time and attention. That’s why we build our virtual support center, which provides:
- 30 minute sessions, ensuring you have time to explain the situation and ask clarifying questions at your own pace
- The rabbinic operator’s undivided attention
- The option of video, phone or text conversations - whatever you are most comfortable with
- Rabbinic operators who have undergone our rigorous training
- Halachic supervision from Rav Yoni Rosensweig and clinical supervision from Akiva Harow, MSW
Please note that calls are not anonymous, but all calls are maintained with the strictest confidence.
